This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Ventabill (operated by Techvent Labs Global Private Limited) will issue refunds for subscription payments. By subscribing to any paid plan on Ventabill, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Monthly plans: A full refund may be requested within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal, provided the plan has not been used to generate more than 5 invoices.
- Annual plans: A pro-rated refund may be requested within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds are issued for annual plans.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate amount in full.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the eligibility window (7 days for monthly, 30 days for annual)
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Dissatisfaction with features already used (e.g., invoices already generated, emails already sent)
- Free plan — no monetary transaction is involved
- Add-on purchases made outside the standard subscription
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your registered email address
- The subscription plan you purchased
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Razorpay Payment Gateway
Payments on Ventabill are processed via Razorpay. Refunds are subject to Razorpay's processing timelines. Once approved by Ventabill, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method as per Razorpay's standard refund schedule (typically 5–7 business days for cards, and up to 10 business days for net banking or UPI transactions).
6. Changes to This Policy
Ventabill reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
