Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ventabill ("Service"), operated by Techvent Labs Global Private Limited ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Ventabill is a cloud-based GST invoicing platform that allows Indian businesses to create, manage, and send GST-compliant invoices, track payments, manage vendors and clients, and interact with an AI-powered WhatsApp bot for invoice management.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Create fraudulent or fictitious invoices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code through the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the WhatsApp bot to send unsolicited messages to third parties

Ventabill offers a free tier (5 invoices) and paid Pro plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; access continues until the period ends.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by applicable law.
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice sent to your registered email.

Our WhatsApp bot uses your messages to perform actions on your Ventabill account. By using the bot you acknowledge that:

• Messages are processed by Twilio (our messaging provider) to deliver the service
• Standard WhatsApp messaging rates from your carrier may apply
• You can opt out by messaging "STOP" to our WhatsApp number at any time

All content, features, and functionality of Ventabill — including the software, design, text, and graphics — are owned by Techvent Labs Global Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all invoice data and content you create using the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Ventabill is a tool to assist with invoicing — it does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techvent Labs Global Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
